Responsibilities
We are looking for a responsible and reliable moving supervisor. As an ideal candidate, he/she should be willing to oversee day-to-day warehousing, moving, loading and unloading operations.
The candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills and should have the ability to manage staff, delivery and moving operations expertly.
Responsibilities
- Terminates, supervises, reviews, and coaches assigned employees or make recommendations and suggestions.
- Schedules and manages the workload of moving crew.
- Prepares estimates of working hours and moving costs.
- Review and prepare timesheets.
- Conduct pre-survey at the client’s location, prepare and submit estimations for moving or relocations.
Requirements
- Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A high school diploma is mandatory.
- Must be able to set priorities and work well among different clientele.
- Must be able to work under stress and multi-task under stressful conditions.
- Able to use different office management tools, and should be proficient in using MS Office.
- Must be a team player and should be able to work under limited supervision.
