Objectives of this Role

• Assist in manage the residents of the Home in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, and guidelines.
• Report to Operation Executive (OE) on operation matters and Senior Staff Nurse (SSN) on nursing matters.
• Ensure prompt and quality of service delivery to our residents in our Home.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide care for elderly residents.
• Cleaning of rooms, kitchen and toilets.
• Assist residents in their daily needs including bathing, changing diapers, preparation, serving and feeding of meals.
• Attend to visitors. (Security screening)
• Doing laundry and ironing for residents.
• Assist in moving residents on wheelchair.
• Clean-up after mealtime and washing of dishes.
• Prepare of food and drinks for Sunday Church Services.
• Kitchen floor washing every evening.
• Spot check of premises in the afternoon.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Head of Operations (HOO)

Requirements:

• Minimum Primary education and above with equivalent experience of at least 2 years.
• ISC Healthcare (Home Care) Certificate preferred.
• Good attitude and patience to work with elderly persons.
• Shift duties and one rest day per week.
