About the Role

Fast Accounting is looking for a motivated and organised Finance Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for students, fresh graduates, or individuals looking to gain practical experience in a professional accounting and financial services environment.

You will support daily business operations, assist with client coordination, help with documentation, and contribute to basic marketing activities. This position offers valuable hands-on exposure and the opportunity to learn directly from experienced professionals.

ResponsibilitiesClient Coordination

You will assist with arranging client appointments, managing schedules, and ensuring calendars are updated accurately. You may also help send appointment reminders and follow up with clients when needed.

Marketing and Social Media Support

You will support the team in preparing and posting simple content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. This may include helping with captions, basic visuals, posting schedules, and monitoring engagement.

Document and Proposal Preparation

You will help prepare, organise, format, and review client proposals, presentation decks, and other business documents. You will be expected to ensure documents are neat, accurate, and professionally presented.

General Administrative Support

You will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, email handling, updating records, and maintaining organised digital documents. You may also support other operational duties assigned by the team.

Requirements

Applicants should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.

The ideal candidate should be organised, responsible, and able to communicate clearly. You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and have basic familiarity with social media platforms.

You should also be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information professionally.

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in an administrative, customer service, or client-facing role will be an advantage. Basic knowledge of Canva, CRM platforms, or other digital tools would also be helpful.
