Job Overview
The Sales & Project Admin Intern provides administrative and coordination support to the sales, project, and maintenance teams. The role involves managing project and contract documentation, tracking schedules and renewals, preparing proposals and invoices, and coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution and timely service delivery. The position also supports reporting, data tracking, and communication across departments to ensure accurate records, efficient operations, and timely completion of sales and project activities.
