We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support the daily administrative operations of our audit firm. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to handle administrative tasks efficiently in a professional working environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Handle filing, documentation, and proper record keeping
- Prepare letters, reports, and other office documents
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain and organize company records and client files
- Assist in administrative support for audit assignments
- Monitor office supplies and liaise with vendors when necessary
- Support the management team in daily office operations
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication skills
- Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
