Job Description:

• Provide end-to-end administrative and operational support to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to ensure smooth execution of marketing and business development initiatives.
• Act as the primary coordination point for the CMO’s business development activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, pitch decks, presentations, and internal reports related to partnerships, collaborations, and new business opportunities.
• Attend meetings, client engagements, and site visits together with the CMO, including sessions held after normal office hours when required.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and client outreach to generate leads and support partnership and business growth efforts.
• Assist in identifying, qualifying, and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, outreach activities, and business development documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication between the CMO, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of initiatives.
• Manage documentation, correspondence, and records related to marketing strategies, business development projects, and strategic partnerships.
• Support market research, competitor analysis, and data compilation to aid the CMO in strategic decision-making.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for CMO-led initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and risks are escalated proactively.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, business meetings, and stakeholder engagements led by the CMO.
• Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the CMO to support evolving business and marketing priorities.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
