Technician

Operational

• Work closely with other associates in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
• Work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments.
• Carry out and completes all maintenance works/requests according to the established schedule and ensures high quality of finishing work. Pays particular attention to guest related jobs.
• Avoid unsightly hazards and complies with all local regulations and codes.
• Properly handles and maintains all power tools.
• Submit request to the Engineering Team Leaders, Assistant Engineers or Engineering Manager for the purchases of parts and consumables.
• Ensure cleanliness of all work areas and protects the surroundings when executing duties.
• Ensure effective energy conservation measures in areas of operations.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Report any abnormal conditions noticed at any time in line with safety related equipment or installation to the Engineering Team Leaders, Assistant Engineers or Engineering Manager.
• Assist other tradespersons or technicians when requested by Superiors.
• Ensure that the work assigned is carried out as accurately, skillfully and economically.
• Review the log sheet.
• Proper maintenance and operation of equipment/systems as delegated by the Engineering Team Leaders

Requirements

• Able to work on shift
• Able to work on night shift
• Able to work on weekend and public holiday.
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
