About the role

This full-time HR & Admin Manager position at RVQ Automation Sdn Bhd in Iskandar Puteri, Johor is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organisation. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources and administrative functions, contributing to the strategic direction of the company and subsidiaries.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and best practices
• Managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
• Overseeing payroll, benefits administration and employee records
• Coordinating training and development programmes for staff
• Providing HR advice and support to managers and employees
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Managing the company's administrative functions, including office operations, facilities management, government agencies and vendor relationships

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a managerial generalist HR or HR Business Partner role, ideally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law and best HR practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
• Proven track record of implementing HR initiatives that drive business objectives
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS information systems (Infotech)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
