Your responsibilities will be to:

• Manage petty cash and pantry cash reimbursement;
• Capturing of Account Payable (AP) invoices to the system;
• Liaise with stakeholders on AP-related matters;
• Assist on monthly closing and reconciliation;

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related professional qualification.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in transaction-level reconciliations and finance operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation analysis).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
