• Ability to lead and train employees in safety protocols and compliance standards
• Professional certification in occupational health and safety is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Environmental Health, Safety Engineering, or a related field
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
