APM Automotive Modules Hiring! Full Time Executive, Quality Assurance in Johor, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

What you'll be doing:

• Objective: To ensure zero-defect delivery performance and achieve high customer satisfaction through rigorous quality assurance controls and effective monitoring of automotive module assembly processes.
• Key Accountabilities:
• To maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in strict compliance with IATF 16949 standards and internal company policies.
• To ensure all automotive module assembly processes align with customer specifications, internal standards, and IATF 16949 requirements.
• To control quality across the lifecycle—from incoming materials and in-process assembly to final inspection before delivery.
• To lead and coordinate quality improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects, rework, and customer complaints.
• To support production teams in resolving quality issues and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented.
• To develop and maintain quality control plans, inspection standards, and work instructions.
• To review and approve PPAP documents, First Article Inspections (FAI), Control Plans, and PFMEA.

What we're looking for:

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing / Automotive Management
• Professional Experience:
• Preferable with Automotive Manufacturing working experience.
• 3-5 years of QA experience within automotive manufacturing or module assembly.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing documentation standards.
