Key Responsibility
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in company software systems
- Ensure all physical & digital filing is organized, updated, and easily accessible
- Verifying data accuracy and correcting errors
- Handle daily data entry and accounting records
- Prepare invoices, eInvoice, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Manage filing and documentation of financial records
- Follow up on supplier invoices
- Assist in bank reconciliation and monthly reports
- Handle petty cash and staff claims
- Support the finance/admin department with ad-hoc tasks
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of accounting and Microsoft Excel
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in AutoCount/SQL Accounting is an advantage
- Experience in ABSS is highly preferred

Salary stated is the minimum amount offered. Salary can be negotiated/discussed further.
