Responsibilities

• As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
• You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
• Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Intermediate proficiency in Java is required.
• Additionally, beginner proficiency in Application Remediation, intermediate proficiency in JavaScript, .NET Core, and .NET Entity Framework is recommended.
• Analyze and troubleshoot software issues to ensure optimal performance of business systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.
• Document findings and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in application support.
• Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science or related studies
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experiences
• Strong proficiency in Java programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with .NET Core, .NET Framework, and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Experience in database management using Microsoft SQL Server and Entity Framework Code-First approach.
• Proven ability to manage application deployments using Docker and AWS.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile practices, and testing methodologies.
