Responsibilities

• Support and assist of Key Account Manager / Executive
• Review incoming enquiries
• Sourcing of items from overseas & local vendors and manufacturers
• Follow up quotation with customer
• Processes customer orders
• Create/issue Purchase Requisition & PO to vendors and manufacturers
• Coordinate documentation for shipment
• Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment
• Assist colleagues during their absence
• Any other ad hoc as and when signed

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holder, or its equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably with similar background
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Committed, responsible and aggressive
• Computer knowledge in MS Office
• A team player with positive working attitude

Working hours : Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 5.30 pm)

** Company’s transport pick up / drop off point at Clementi MRT station
