Job Responsibilities:

• Machine Automation Wiring: Design, implement, and troubleshoot machine automation wiring systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation of automated machinery.
• Schematic Design: Develop detailed electrical schematics for various automation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Hands-On Expertise: Provide hands-on support for the assembly, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
• AutoCAD and EPLAN: Utilize AutoCAD and EPLAN software to create and modify electrical drawings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• PLC Programming: Design, program, and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to meet project requirements and optimize automation processes.
• Single-Phase and 3-Phase Wiring: Proficiently handle single-phase and three-phase wiring configurations, ensuring proper power distribution and connectivity.
• Laser Marking Integration: Integrate laser marking systems into automation processes, ensuring seamless operation and quality output.
• Bill of Materials (BOM): Develop and manage comprehensive Bills of Materials for electrical components, ensuring accurate documentation of materials required for projects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers, to achieve project goals and timelines.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and adhere to rigorous quality assurance protocols to make sure the reliability and safety of electrical systems.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all electrical designs, modifications, and troubleshooting activities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in machine automation wiring and control systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and EPLAN for electrical design.
• Strong background in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Experience with single-phase and three-phase wiring configurations.
• Familiarity with laser marking integration is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
