Responsibilities
Job Overview:
The Operation Admin is responsible for providing administrative support to the operations team, including coordinating schedules and drivers, handling communications, and maintaining records and documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in scheduling and coordinating operational activities with customer/sales team orders and drivers.
Maintain accurate records in paper and Autocount system and files for operations.
Handle communications and correspondence related to operations.
Prepare reports and documents as needed.
Support the operations team with various administrative tasks.
Responsible to delivered order to customer/branches accurately and in a timely manner.
Receive correct payment with drivers and tally with invoice amount, arrange return to HQ after recording.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in an administrative role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
