Job Description

• Handle customer inquiries regarding vessel spare parts and marine equipment, and prepare quotations accordingly.
• Prepare quotations in accordance with the company’s standard format and submit them to customers.
• Coordinate and arrange delivery/supply of spare parts in line with vessel schedules upon receipt of purchase orders.
• Monitor and follow up on vessel schedules regularly to ensure smooth operation and timely supply arrangements.
