Project Manager – Commercial Renovation & Fit‑Out
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee office renovation, commercial fit‑out, and reinstatement projects. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge in interior construction, M&E coordination, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Coordination
- Lead end‑to‑end project management for commercial renovation and fit out works
- Develop project schedules, work programs, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct site meetings, technical discussions, and progress reviews.
Site Management
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Supervise subcontractors
- Ensure workmanship quality meets project specifications and client expectations.
Regulatory & Compliance
- Prepare and manage Permit-to-Work (PTW) submissions, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with BCA, SCDF, WSH and other relevant authorities.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning (e.g., sprinkler discharge/recharge, ACMV testing, electrical).
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate project documentation, drawings, and records.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and update stakeholders on milestones.
- Ensure timely handover, defect rectification, and project close‑out.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Building, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in commercial renovation or office fit‑out projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior works, M&E coordination, ACMV, and fire protection systems.
- Familiar with PTW processes, safety regulations, and authority submissions.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Work Location & Hours
- Location: Site‑based and office‑based depending on project stage.
- Working days: 5.5 Days
- Salary Package: up to $6000 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualification)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to $6,000.00 per month
