Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in identifying and securing prime locations for our network. You’ll have the opportunity to engage in negotiations, build partnerships, and contribute to driving our business forward. Key Responsibilities:

1. Property Research and Evaluation

· Conduct market research to identify properties meeting business requirements.

· Analyze trends, demographics, and competition for informed site selection.

· Assess zoning, accessibility, and infrastructure for property viability.

2. Sales Presentations

· Create compelling presentations on the benefits of the company’s EV Charging solutions.

· Communicate key selling points, such as location advantages, market potential, and financial viability.

3. Negotiations & Deal Structuring

· Support relationship building with property owners, agents, and stakeholders.

· Participate in negotiations on purchase price, lease terms, and contracts.

· Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure favourable deal terms and risk management.

4. Site Due Diligence

· Organize site visits to assess property conditions.

· Coordinate with engineering teams on technical feasibility.

5. Market Insights

· Stay updated on industry trends and real estate market shifts.

· Provide insights on market opportunities and challenges to the team.

Key Qualifications:

· A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

· At least 1-3 years of professional experience. Experience in site or property acquisition, sales, or business development is a plus.

· Proven track record in developing strategic engagement and communication programs, including building networks and collaborations.

· Eagerness to learn and grow within the business development field.

· Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
