Job Description:

• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
• Candidate must expect multitasking work since our company is still in start up mood.
• We need candidate who can expect rapid changing on Jomlar Travel & Tours progress and come with aggressive effort to establish own/company KPI and achieve it.

Main Duties

• To do the 20 outbound/inbound call on daily basis.
• Communicate with clients especially in group to determine travel needs, budgets and preferences.
• Sells and coordinates transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours and activities.
• Able to learn and submission through Government system such E-Perolehan and HRDF.
• Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities.
• Collects payments, books travel arrangements and pays applicable fees.
• Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations.
• Helps operation department regarding’s to travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations and refunds.
• Maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors Build by Business Development Executive
• Attends travel seminars and conferences.
• Maintains accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls and meetings.
• Contributes to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
