Job Responsibilities
Connect and communicate with suppliers
Arrange and ensure supplier data compliance
Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects to ensure timely completion
Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients
Support preparation of proposals, quotations, and project documentation
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients regarding project requirements
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
Monitor project progress, costs, and timelines
Support business development activities, meetings, and presentations
Maintain proper project and client records
Job Requirements
Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (Higher Priority)
Able to work independently
Good computer knowledge and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication skills and well-spoken in English
Basic knowledge of project management is an advantage
Able to multitask and work both independently and in a team
Familiar with project management tools and techniques
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Additional Skills
Proficient in Canva for basic design, presentations, and marketing materials
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
Able to prepare simple layouts, drawings, and project-related visuals
Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new software/tools
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
