Agriquip Machinery Hiring! Full Time Purchasing Officer in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,200 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue a Purchases Orders/ DOs to suppliers.
• Track purchase progress and update internal stakeholders on delivery status.
• Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, lead time, and service level.
• Placing orders and follow up expediting deliveries with supplier on urgent basis.
• To maintain/update Purchasing records/data in the system.
• Identify cost saving areas and continuous.
• Development/improvement in the Purchasing processes.
• Handle warranty claims, replacement requests, and disputes in coordination with relevant departments.
• Verify purchase requests for completeness, accuracy, and proper approvals before processing.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including quotations, POs, invoices, and supplier correspondence.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in procurement/purchasing.
Preferable knowledge in technical automotive.
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and work under pressure.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willing to base at RTB Bukit Changgang, Banting, Selangor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
