We’re looking for energetic and persuasive individuals to join our team as Part-Time Telesales (Customer Retention), working on-site in Glenmarie. In this role, you’ll be calling existing TIME Internet customers to encourage them to continue enjoying our services.

What you’ll do:

• Call customers who are considering cancellation and persuade them to keep their TIME service.
• Listen to customer concerns and offer solutions or better packages.
• Share information on promotions, benefits, and loyalty rewards.
• Ensure every customer feels valued and supported.

What we’re looking for:

• SPM or Diploma holder (students are welcome).
• No experience required
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
• Friendly, persuasive, and customer-focused

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM15.00 per hour
