岗位职责
You are responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to the Operations team to ensure efficient day-to-day activities across production, logistics, maintenance and customer delivery functions.
What You'll Do
Operational Administration
Provide administrative support to the Operations team, including data entry, documentation, claim and filing in compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and financial arrangements.
Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Customer service to track orders and ensure on-time delivery.
Reporting & Data Management
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Monitor key operational metrics and highlight discrepancies or trends.
Process & Compliance
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety regulations, quality standards, and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
Procurement & Inventory Support
Support procurement activities such as raising purchase requests and tracking orders.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities for Consumable, Part & PPE.
Embed Safety, Compliance & Continuous Improvement Culture
Champion OHSE compliance, continuous improvement initiatives, and support internal safety audits on a monthly basis.
HR Coordination
Execute HR-related operational support, including overtime (OT) calculations, allowance processing, and attendance incentive tracking.
What You Need to Succeed
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
At least 2 years of administrative or operations support experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Experience in handling operational documentation, reporting, inventory, planning or logistics coordination is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with ERP systems, e.g., M3, SAP, IMDM, Coupa, Concur, Cognos or TMS.
