We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that support business decisions and performance improvement.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Data Analyst, you will collect, process, and analyze datasets to generate insights, build reports, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data Collection & Analysis

• Gather data from multiple internal and external sources
• Clean, validate, and organize datasets for analysis
• Analyze trends, patterns, and performance metrics
• Perform exploratory and statistical data analysis
• Support ad-hoc data requests from business teams

Reporting & Visualization

• Create dashboards, reports, and visual presentations
• Track KPIs and business performance metrics
• Present findings in clear, actionable formats
• Automate recurring reports where possible
• Support management with data-driven insights

️ Data Management & Tools

• Work with structured and unstructured datasets
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
• Support BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Document data processes and methodologies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with business, operations, and product teams
• Translate business questions into analytical solutions
• Support decision-making through data insights
• Participate in meetings and requirement discussions
• Contribute to strategic and operational improvements

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, IT, or related field
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Knowledge of SQL is highly preferred
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
• Basic understanding of statistics and data modeling
• Programming knowledge (Python or R) is an advantage
