Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and functional requirements.
• Configure, implement, and support enterprise applications.
• Provide functional and technical consultation to clients and internal teams.
• Conduct application testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Support application deployment, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare functional specifications and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors.
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare user manuals.
• Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.
• Participate in system integration and UAT activities.
• Ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
• Support incident management and change management processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory Skills

• 6–7 years of experience as an Application Consultant or Application Support Consultant.
• Experience in enterprise application implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflow analysis.
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, HRMS, or business applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Good understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Experience preparing reports and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud-based applications and SaaS platforms.
• Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing tools.
• Exposure to automation and reporting tools.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and access control concepts.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in enterprise applications or cloud technologies are preferred.
