Logistics Admin (Contract with potential for Perm conversion)


Location: Changi Cargo Complex
Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm
Friday: 8:00 am – 6:30 pm (5-day work week)

Salary & Commitment

Salary: Up to $2,100 (Commensurate with experience)
Status: Contract basis; performance-based conversion to Permanent staff.

Job Scope

Perform accurate data entry and regular system updates.
Ensure customer inbound and outbound orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Send daily delivery schedules to transporters.
Prepare and submit reports to customers according to established schedules and specific requirements.
Handle ad-hoc requests and inquiries from customers professionally.

Requirements

Open to Singaporeans only.
Prior experience in logistics or administration is an advantage.
Proficiency in basic computer applications for data entry.
