JOB TITLE: CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

BESCO BUILDING SUPPLIES (S.E.A) PTE LTD

LOCATION: SINGAPORE

Job Description:

We are looking for aresponsible and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinateday-to-day site operations, ensuring all construction and installationactivities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to projectrequirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise andcoordinate daily construction/site activities and manpower deployment

• Monitor siteprogress and ensure works are completed according to schedule and projectspecifications

• Lead and overseeworkers in installation, construction, and maintenance activities

• Conduct siteinspections to ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and qualitystandards

• Coordinate withproject managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients on work progress andsite matters

• Prepare daily sitereports, work schedules, and manpower planning

• Resolve on-siteoperational issues and provide technical guidance to site workers

• Ensure proper useand maintenance of tools, equipment, and site materials

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years ofrelevant experience in construction/site supervision

• Experience inbuilding materials installation, fit-out works, or related constructionprojects preferred

• Good knowledge ofconstruction procedures and workplace safety regulations

• Strong leadershipand communication skills

• Able to read andinterpret construction drawings and project specifications

• Ability to workindependently and manage multiple site activities efficiently

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm

Saturday (if required): Half day / as peroperational needs
