Job Summary

You will provide safe and reliable driving services for the VP and clients, perform vehicle upkeep, and support basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the VP from residence to office and transport clients to business meetings, airports, and hotels safely and punctually
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance including refueling, oil changes, and car washing to ensure vehicle readiness
• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles daily to uphold professional standards
• Collect and post letters as needed to support office communication
• Support basic administrative tasks such as purchasing groceries monthly and replenishing photocopier paper to assist office functions
• Work overtime as required to meet operational needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license to operate company vehicles
• Achieved GCE 'N'/'O' Level with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Demonstrate computer literacy to perform administrative support tasks
• Exhibit a positive attitude, commitment, attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to multitask effectively
