About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Group Finance team in Singapore. This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate financial planning and analysis, systems implementation, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will work alongside experienced finance professionals and contribute directly to ongoing projects and reporting cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the setup and go-live of the OneStream financial consolidation system, including data validation, testing, and coordination of project-related tasks.
• Support the execution of the Delegation of Authority (DOA), ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal governance requirements.
• Coordinate and liaise with finance stakeholders & counterparts at group, sub-group, and entity levels to gather inputs, ensure timely action on items, and facilitate information flow.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of management dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Interpret financial and operational data to support reporting and decision-making.
• Provide general project and administrative support to the FP&A function as needed.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and project planning activities across assigned business lines or sectors.

What We're Looking For

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with an ability to interpret and present data clearly.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous and dynamic environments with evolving priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in working across different divisions and levels of the organisation.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Eager to learn, detail-oriented, hands-on with a proactive attitude and strong team player.
