Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:
Manage the entire collection process including assignment and monitoring the performance of debt collection agencies
Control the delinquency ratios and maximize the bad debts recoveries in a professional and timely manner
Manage & monitor problem loans processing (i.e. Bankruptcy & Restructuring Loan)
Regularly review the effectiveness of the collection system and planning for enhancement if necessary
Perform the User Acceptance Test (UAT) for collection system
Handle customer complaint and ensure that responding to customers within prescribed timeliness
Incumbent Requirements:
Matriculated or above, Degree holder preferred
8 years of experience in collection management of consumer lending industry in banks or major financial institutions
Good knowledge in monitoring the performance of debt collection agencies
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Preferably hands on experience in data management tools, e.g. MS Access
