Job Description

Responsibilities

We are seeking a hands-on Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong platform, development, communication and customer engagement skills. You will build, enhance and stabilise solutions across the ServiceNow platform, drive continual improvement initiatives leveraging the latest platform capabilities, and engage directly with customers to translate needs into well-engineered, scalable outcomes.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop and configure ServiceNow solutions across core and scoped applications, following platform best practices.
  • Lead and execute platform upgrades end to end — impact assessment, regression testing, remediation and post-upgrade stabilisation.
  • Build and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) suites to safeguard quality and accelerate release cycles.
  • Implement and operationalise AI Agents and the latest platform capabilities to drive continual improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and support integrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub) and configure MID Servers for discovery, integrations and data flows.
  • Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring integrity, reconciliation and minimal business disruption.
  • Engage customers throughout delivery — clarifying requirements, demoing solutions and providing technical guidance.


REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Platform & Development: 4+ years building on ServiceNow with excellent, demonstrable development skills.
  • Product Experience: hands-on experience across HRSD, CSM, ITSM, SPM, CMDB and integration.
  • Upgrades & Quality: proven experience delivering platform upgrades and authoring ATF test coverage.
  • Modern Capabilities: practical exposure to AI Agents and recent platform features used for continual improvement.
  • Integrations & Infrastructure: skilled in integrations, MID Server setup, and data migration.
  • Communication & Engagement: excellent communication and customer engagement skills.



PREFERRED / QUALIFICATION:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • CIS certification on each of these products — HRSD, CSM, ITSM, SPM and CMDB — earns bonus marks in qualification.
  • Experience with on-premise installation of ServiceNow is an added advantage.
  • Experience in regulated or public sector environments and Agile delivery.
