Role Description


We are looking for a qualified and experienced System Assurance Engineer to join our team in supporting railway and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in system assurance activities, safety processes, and project coordination within the rail industry.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform system assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and review system assurance documents, including hazard logs, safety cases, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, operation, and maintenance teams to ensure compliance with project and safety requirements.
  • Support verification and validation activities related to system safety and reliability.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities on system assurance matters.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable railway standards, regulations, and project requirements.
  • Participate in technical meetings, audits, and safety reviews.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or related field).
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in System Assurance, preferably in railway or infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of railway standards and safety processes is an added advantage.
  • Experience in hazard analysis, risk assessment, RAMS, and safety documentation.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with MRT/LRT/railway systems.
  • Experience working with contractors, operators, and authorities.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
