FP&A Analyst (F&B/Retail | Direct Reporting to CFO | High-Growth Consumer Business)
We are partnering with a fast-scaling consumer business in the F&B / retail space, currently expanding rapidly across Malaysia. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact FP&A role working directly with the CFO, owning the full spectrum of financial planning and analysis in a lean, fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Deliver insightful management reporting, performance tracking, and variance analysis
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to support decision-making and growth initiatives
- Build and refine financial models to support expansion and commercial strategy
- Take full ownership of data gathering - proactively sourcing inputs across teams and systems
- Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline FP&A workflows and reporting efficiency
- Background in F&B, retail, FMCG, or consumer-facing industries strongly preferred
- Hands-on, independent operator - comfortable working as a sole contributor
- Highly resourceful and proactive in finding information and solving problems
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Tech-savvy with a strong interest in AI tools, automation, and process optimization
- Passion for improving how FP&A is done - reducing manual work and building smarter workflows
- Direct exposure to CFO and strategic decision-making
- High ownership role in a growing, fast-paced environment
- Opportunity to shape FP&A processes from the ground up
- Strong focus on modern finance transformation (automation + AI-driven efficiency)
