Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Assistant to support our Human Resources team in streamlining day-to-day operations and scaling our people initiatives. This role is unique in its dual focus: you will provide essential support to our Singapore (local) operations while assisting the Regional HR team in managing cross-border tasks. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to understand HR complexities in a multi-market environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including posting jobs across regional boards, scheduling interviews across different time zones, and maintaining the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Coordinate seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences, ensuring all local compliance documentation and system setups are completed accurately.
  • Act as a liaison between local and regional teams to help standardize HR processes and maintain a unified employee handbook/database.
  • Maintain and audit HR records and databases to ensure "clean" data for regional reporting and payroll preparation.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications to foster a cohesive culture across both local and regional offices.
  • Handle general HR enquiries, administrative tasks, and participate in process improvement projects (e.g., digitizing physical records or updating SOPs).


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates and current students seeking internship opportunities are welcome to apply. Candidates may be considered for either a full-time HR Assistant or HR Internship position based on experience and availability.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with stakeholders across different regions.
  • Highly organized with a "no task is too small" attitude; able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data management). Familiarity with HRIS platforms is a plus.
