Responsibilities
To Manage daily admin work, ensure smooth workflows, maintain supplies, equipment, and office facilities. Supervise admin staff, assign tasks, train team, and ensure efficiency. Handle vendors, negotiate contracts, manage purchases, and control costs.Prepare reports, support audits, maintain records, and coordinate with departments.Organize meetings/events, manage travel, and assist senior management. Ensure policy adherence, confidentiality, and process improvements.The Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office to ensure smooth, efficient, and well-organized business support functions. This includes managing office facilities, maintenance, supplies, and equipment, as well as ensuring all administrative systems are properly maintained. The role involves supervising administrative staff such as receptionists, office assistants, and coordinators by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support to ensure high productivity and service standards. The Administration Manager also handles procurement activities, including managing vendors, negotiating contracts, approving purchase requests, and controlling office budgets and expenses. In addition, the role requires preparing administrative reports for management, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining proper documentation, and supporting audits and compliance requirements. The position also involves organizing meetings, company events, and travel arrangements when required, while ensuring adherence to company policies and confidentiality of sensitive information.
