We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on TCOE Performance Tester to support enterprise-level application performance testing and performance engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing and executing performance test strategies, analyzing system bottlenecks, and providing actionable recommendations to improve application stability, scalability, and overall system performance.

The candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, development teams, infrastructure teams, and business users within a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze performance testing requirements and recommend effective production-like workload models and testing strategies
• Prepare test plans, test estimations, test strategies, workload models, and test case designs
• Perform benchmark, load, stress, endurance, and other non-functional testing activities
• Setup and manage test environments, test data, and defect management processes
• Monitor application and system logs to identify performance bottlenecks and technical issues
• Analyze CPU utilization, memory consumption, garbage collection, network utilization, and database performance metrics
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues
• Publish detailed performance test reports, dashboards, and recommendations to stakeholders
• Obtain stakeholder sign-offs and provide regular project status updates
• Track and manage defects, risks, and issues using JIRA and Confluence
• Support Agile delivery methodologies and collaborate across multiple teams
• Contribute towards continuous performance improvement initiatives and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience in:Test PlanningTest EstimationTest Strategy DefinitionWorkload ModelingTest Case DesignTest Environment SetupTest Data PreparationDefect Management
• Strong expertise in Micro Focus LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE)
• Mandatory hands-on experience in the following protocols:Web HTTP/HTMLTruClientWeb ServicesJava MQRTE
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as:GeneosGrafanaPrometheusBMC TrueSightSplunk
• Hands-on programming experience in C, C++, or Java is mandatory

• Exposure to on-premise and cloud environments including AWS and OCP/OpenShift platforms
