Associate - Business Operations

• Office Location: Buona Vista, Singapore
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

Company Overview

The company is a specialized clinical research unit based in Singapore, focusing on early‑phase human trials and innovative health technologies. It integrates biomedical expertise with modern digital tools to advance drug development and support global healthcare progress.

Responsibility

• Business Development & Partnerships – Act as the key contact for sponsors and external partners, managing RFIs/RFPs, showcasing CRU capabilities, and addressing capability gaps with management.

• Study Costing & Contracting – Develop and maintain study costing models, track expenses, and manage contracts/NDAs with external collaborators in alignment with legal and trial teams.

• Capacity & Resource Planning – Forecast CRU capacity needs, plan resources based on protocol requirements, and analyze utilization data to improve productivity.

• Digital Marketing & Outreach – Support social media and website presence, ensuring compliant content and effective digital campaigns to enhance visibility.

• Operational Data Analytics – Generate, analyze, and report operational metrics to provide insights into study performance and support strategic decision‑making.

• Supplemental Roles – Contribute to organizational initiatives such as health and safety, records management, and data protection responsibilities.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in science or health-related field.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
