Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
· Plan, supervise and manage all facilities maintenance services, schedules and improvement works for effective and efficient maintenance operations.
· Ensure the team and external contractors/vendors comply with ISO standards and regulations.
· Coordinate and direct all administration of M&E works by liaising closely with the consultants and client.
· Monitor building’s system breakdown, defects and shutdowns.
· Conduct inspection to ensure property is well maintained.
· Recommend and implement improvement works if needed, at client’s premises to meet high service standards and facilitate / maintain good working relationship with client.
· Familiarise and able to do quotation.
Requirements:
· At least 4 years of experience in related Facility Management or equivalent.
· Minimum Diploma / Degree in Facilities Maintenance and or Engineering or equivalent.
