Hunters International Hiring! Full Time Quantity Surveyor in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply; 1 year of experience is an advantage.
• Must have hands-on experience in quantity taking-off and measurements for structural elements.
• Knowledge in progress claims, variation orders, tendering, and cost estimation is a plus.
• Willingness to work on alternate Saturday basis.

• Handle taking-off quantities and measurements from drawings and site works, mainly for structural elements.
• Prepare and manage progress claims and variation orders for both subcontractors and clients.
• Assist in subcontractor price analysis, tender analysis, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation (pre & post tender).
• Verify site progress, measurements, and subcontractor claims with project/site teams.

Remuneration

• MYR 2,500 - MYR 3,000 (Fresh Graduate with Internship experience)
• MYR 3,000 - MYR 3,500 (1 Year of relevant working experience)
