Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and user-focused Mid-level UI/UX Designer to design and optimize user experiences for both web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will participate in the full design process—from user research, wireframing, and prototyping to high-fidelity UI design. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and operations teams to ensure that design solutions meet user needs and align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications based on product requirements and user research insights.
• Create wireframes, user flows, information architecture diagrams, and interactive prototypes to validate design solutions.
• Develop high-fidelity UI designs and maintain visual consistency according to design guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to drive design implementation.
• Participate in user research and usability testing; refine designs based on user feedback.
• Maintain and update the design system and UI component library to improve consistency and development efficiency.
• Stay informed about industry trends and user behavior changes and propose innovative design ideas.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of UI/UX design experience; experience with medium to large-scale projects is a plus.
• Familiar with the design process for both mobile and web products, with a portfolio of successful case studies.
• Ability to independently complete the full design workflow from research to high-fidelity design.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) and ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Experience designing for fintech, enterprise software, or e-commerce products.
• Familiarity with accessibility (A11y) guidelines.
• Experience in multi-designer collaboration or building design systems.
• Experience in motion design and interactive animations.
