Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated Reservations Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this
role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth reservation experiences
and delivering exceptional support across phone and email. Your ability to manage inquiries,
resolve issues, and build strong relationships with both guests and hotel partners will be key to
driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Reservation support: Manage pre- and post-reservation inquiries via phone, email, and fax.
• Customer requests: Respond promptly to guest needs, including modifications, cancellations,
and special arrangements.
• Hotel liaison: Coordinate with hotels and guests to fulfill special requests and resolve
complaints.
• Relationship management: Provide high-quality service and account support to hotel
partners.
• Outbound communication: Initiate calls to hotels or guests to confirm details and ensure
smooth experiences.
Qualifications
• Fluent in English, (Mandarin & Cantonese MUST HAVE)
• Strong understanding of customer care and hospitality industry
practices.
• Ability to resolve issues independently with a customer-first mindset.
• Reliable, proactive, and adaptable to changing business needs.
• Background in customer service, internet-based platforms, or hotel
operations.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts based on monthly schedules or business
requirements
• Multiple location : Penang & Kuala Lumpur
