Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Operations Executive at CTO Global Logistics (M) Sdn. Bhd., based in Puchong. The Operations Executive will oversee daily logistics and freight forwarding processes, including coordinating shipments & billing, managing transportation schedules, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with operational procedures and policies. The role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to maintaining operational efficiency while delivering outstanding service to clients.


Qualifications

  • Strong Operations Management skills to plan, execute, and optimize logistics and supply chain activities
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills for problem-solving, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build collaborative relationships with colleagues, clients, and business partners
  • Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with team members, vendors, and clients
  • Knowledge of industry standards, compliance requirements, and logistics technology solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CargoWise is advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or operations management is highly beneficial
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic challenges
