Role Description

The Sales Executive role is full-time and based on-site in Bintulu. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s services across various sectors. The role also involves preparing sales presentations, tender participation, negotiating contracts, vendor sourcing, achieving sales targets, conducting market research to identify emerging trends, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.


Qualifications


• Proven experience in Sales, Tendering, Account

Management, or Business Development with a minimum

of 2–3 years.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Understanding of industries such as Oil & Gas, Logistics, or Marine is a plus
  • Analytical thinking and market research skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other sales tools
  • Experienced in tender processes (via Smart GEP, SAP Ariba, E-Perolehan & equivalent platforms) and vendor registration portals
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on meeting sales targets
  • Willingness to work on-site in Bintulu and travel as required
  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
