We are seeking a Planning Engineer for an on-site, contract role based in Pengerang. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for the development and management of project schedules, coordinating production planning, monitoring project progress, identifying potential delays, and proposing mitigation measures. The role involves close collaboration with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables while maintaining quality and efficiency. The Planning Engineer will also generate reports and analyze project performance data to support strategic decision-making.

• Strong proficiency in Planning and Production Planning methodologies.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to monitor progress, forecast outcomes, and identify potential delays.
• Project Control expertise to oversee timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Effective Communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project is highly advantageous.
• Ability to interpret project drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience in the oil and gas or natural resources sector is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
