Junior Training Administrator
Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Training Administrator to support the daily logistics and administration of our training programs. In this role, you will be the backbone of our training operations, ensuring that sessions run smoothly, participants have what they need, and data is accurately recorded.
This is an entry-level position perfect for a fresh graduate or someone with less than 2 years of experience who is eager to build a career in Human Resources, Learning & Development (L&D), or corporate training.
Key Responsibilities- Logistics Coordination: Schedule training sessions, reserve rooms, set up virtual meeting links (e.g., Zoom/Teams), and coordinate required training materials or catering.
- Participant Support: Act as the primary point of contact for trainees, handling registration, sending course invitations, and answering basic inquiries.
- Data & Records Management: Maintain accurate training records, track attendance, and update our Learning Management System (LMS) or internal databases.
- Evaluation & Reporting: Distribute feedback surveys after training sessions and compile basic reports on completion rates and feedback scores.
- General Admin: Assist the training team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or training support roles.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with virtual meeting tools (Zoom, MS Teams); experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus but not required.
