Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for mechanical design of automation machine.
• Responsible proposal new mechanical design concept to customer.
• Prepare design / instruction manual of the project assigned.
• Produce & issue 2D & 3D drawings for assembly & fabrication.
• Check 2D & 3D drawings dimension and tolerance for assembly & fabrication.
• Knowledge of 2D & 3D CAD design software, such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Responsible for the development and design of mechanical mechanisms for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including the mechanical design of pressing and conveying parts of molding equipment using CAD -SOLID MIX 2D &3D.
• Perform structural analysis of machine elements and conduct experiments and verification works.
• Involve in product benchmark and preparation of development specifications.
• Participate in the production design of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including the additional design of OPTION (mechanical mechanisms) to meet specific user requirements using CAD -SOLID MIX 2D & 3D.
• Prefer at least 2-3 years of experienced candidate with full automation machine design experience.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
