Responsibilities
Operation:
1. To ensure that restaurant operate efficiently and profitably while maintaining their reputation and ethos.
2. Work as communicator between outlet pic or management and subordinates.
3. Supervise and support the operation for all outlet assigned.
4. Train, motivate, supervise, communicate and evaluate food & beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies.
5. Conduct onsite training (operation guideline & customer service).
6. Involve in new outlet opening.
7. To ensure the achievement of monthly profit and sales.
8. Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation / guidelines.
9. Liaising with customers, employees, purchasing, and licensing authorities.
10. Weekly reporting on outlet performance includes stocks & staff.
11. Assist food safety audit and halal department.
Daily Task:
1. Ensure all outlet has enough manpower to run the business.
2. Arrange manpower accordingly by follow labor cost guideline.
3. Check morning & closing report for each outlet, follow-up with outlet pic and ensure closing report sent completely.
4. Check Supervisor’s daily report, and record all the issue reported.
5. Must work in outlet as arranged per schedule.
6. Conduct onsite training.
7. Relief staff if needed.
