We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Workshop & Coating Operations Assistant to join our team in the automotive coating division.

Jobscope/ responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily workflow preparation and process
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the workshop and coating bays.
• Support the coating technicians in daily operations to meet delivery deadlines.
• Monitor stock levels for coating materials, tools, and consumables.
• Handle stock-in and stock-out records and alert for low inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers for stock orders as directed.
• Assist with vehicle movement within the premises (parking, sending for inspection, etc.).
• Collect and deliver items, tools, or customer vehicles when necessary.
• Support internal movement of work orders between departments.
• Report daily activities and highlight any issues to the owner or manager.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
• Do quality check before and after car delivery.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in an automotive workshop or coating center is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of vehicle care and coating processes preferred.
• Physically fit and able to handle hands-on tasks.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Possess a valid driving license (motor & car).
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet production deadlines.
