Responsibilities:-

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and minimize downtime.
• Organize and lead brainstorming sessions and meetings to identify and resolve production issues effectively.
• Perform troubleshooting of production processes and take appropriate corrective actions to resolve any issues.
• Maintain workplace discipline and ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols to promote a safe working environment.
• Lead and motivate team members to efficiently carry out their daily tasks and achieve set objectives.
• Oversee and manage a team of operators to ensure that daily production targets are met consistently.
• Ensure that the final products meet customer quality standards and specifications.
• Prepare JOT for production fabrication.
• Maintain proper documentation for production fabrication, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
• Ensure adherence to the documented information requirements as per ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Issue Material Request Forms (MRF) for flange and CNC cutting as needed.
• Record and monitor stock levels using stock cards and maintain proper inventory records.
• Transfer and issue stock through the Master Software, ensuring accurate records and inventory tracking.
• Ensure that all incoming and outgoing materials follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Actively engage with production workers to provide support and assistance when required.
• Any other ad-hoc assignments given by the company.

Requirements:-

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering field or equivalent.

· At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

· Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Good interpersonal, communication skills and project management skills

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
